To book a hotel reservation, please click HERE to complete the hotel room request form. (The discounted group room rate is $409 per night. PLEASE NOTE: The block is SOLD OUT on Saturday night at the group rate. We do have a few rooms available for $710 for Saturday night, so if that is acceptable to you, feel free to indicate a check-out date of Sunday, 1/26/25). Please note that the deadline to book your room at the group rate is Friday, December 20.
A hotel reservation will then be made on your behalf. The hotel will send out a confirmation email confirming your reservation. You must contact the hotel within 48 hours of receipt of your email to provide a credit card to secure your reservation. There is a 2-night minimum and a one-night non-refundable deposit will be charged to your card.
